Instructions:
Soak a cotton bud in a toner until it is damp but not dripping wet. Gently apply it to cleansed skin in upward strokes, avoiding eye and lip areas. Repeat with clean bud until there is no more dirt. Make sure to let the toner sink in completely before applying other products such as serum and cream.
