«ISEI WOW Club» Bonus Program Rules

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Rules define the terms and conditions of participation in the «ISEI WOW Club» bonus program (hereinafter referred to as the Program), which is available on the website isei.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

1.2. The Program is organized by ISEI INTERNATIONAL LLC, located at ul. PUŁAWSKA, nr 77, lok. U.5., miejsc. WARSZAWA, kod 02-595, Poland, registered under Polish law, REGON: 528079978, NIP: 5214061527 («the Organizer»).

1.3. The Program is valid in the Republic of Poland.

1.4. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Terms and conditions of participation

2.1. Any natural person who:

  • has registered an account and placed an order on the Website isei.pl, or
  • without placing an order, has visited the page https://isei.pl/en/loyalty-program or the account registration page and registered.

When registering an account on the Website, the Program functionality will automatically become available in the personal account, and the user automatically becomes a participant in the Program.

If there are no orders on the Website, in order to become a member of the Program, the user must go to the page https://isei.pl/en/loyalty-program or to the account registration page and register.

2.2. Registration in the Program confirms the participant's familiarity with and agreement to the terms of these Rules.

2.3. Only individuals who act as consumers of the Organizer's goods offered by the latter on the Website may participate in the Program.

3. Program Mechanics

3.1. For participating in the Program, the participant receives bonuses — virtual units that can be used for partial or full payment for goods on the Website.

3.1.1. Upon joining the Program, any new participant receives a “Welcome Bonus” of 15 bonuses.

3.1.2. Subsequently, bonuses are credited to the participant only from the moment the order status changes to “Delivered,” i.e., after the participant receives the order.

3.1.3. Customers of the Organizer who registered their account on the Website before the Program came into effect automatically become participants in the Program from the moment the Program is published on the Website. Such participants do not receive a “Welcome Bonus,” and bonuses are credited to them in the manner specified in clause 3.1.2 of the Program.

3.2. The bonus loyalty program has three levels depending on the total amount of purchases made by the Program participant on the Website, which are specified in the table below. Bonuses are accrued in the form of cashback after each purchase on the Website, according to the corresponding level of participation.

3.2.1. Depending on the level of the Program that the participant has, the latter has the opportunity to receive special offers, super promotions, free delivery of orders, beauty gifts, and testing of new products.

3.2.2. Depending on the Program level, participants will receive a Birthday discount on the birthday of the respective participant, which will be valid for 7 days before and 7 days after the birthday of the respective participant. The Birthday discount is provided in the form of a personal promo code, which is sent to the participant's email address specified during registration. The Birthday discount is only available if the participant's date of birth is specified in their personal account on the Website.

3.2.3. At its discretion, the Organizer has the right to provide individual participants with additional rewards in the form of additional bonuses, discount coupons, etc. in order to encourage them to place orders. Participants will only have access to such incentives in their personal account.

3.3. Bonuses have no expiration date and do not expire.

3.4. 1 bonus = 1 zloty (PLN).

3.5. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.6. Bonus points can cover up to 100% of the value of products in an order.

4. Using bonuses

4.1. Bonuses can be used when placing subsequent orders on the isei.pl website.

4.2. In the event of a return of goods paid for with bonuses, the bonuses are not refunded, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. This applies exclusively to cases where the participant has received their order, paid for in full or in part with bonuses, but then decided to return it in accordance with the terms and conditions of return of goods applicable on the isei.pl website. In such a case, the bonuses are not returned to the participant.

Cases in which bonuses are automatically returned to the participant:

  • if the participant did not pick up the order at the delivery location and it was returned to the Organizer;
  • if the participant placed an order on the Website, but then, during the order processing by the Organizer or during the delivery of the order to the participant, the latter contacted the Organizer with a request to cancel the order.

4.3. If bonuses were credited in error, the Organizer has the right to adjust them, with mandatory notification of the participant.

5. Processing of personal data

5.1. Personal data of Program participants is processed for the following purposes:

  • providing bonus system functionality,
  • managing user accounts,
  • conducting internal analytics.

Legal basis for processing:

  • Art. 6.1.b GDPR — performance of a contract (participation in the Program),
  • Art. 6.1.f GDPR — legitimate interest in improving customer service.

6. Changes to the terms of the Program

6.1. The Organizer has the right to make changes to these Rules. Program participants will be notified of changes by publishing a new version of the Rules on the Website no later than 7 days before they take effect.

6.2. Continued use of the Program after changes to the Rules are made is considered acceptance of the new terms by the Program participant.

6.3. The participant has the right to access their data as a Program participant and has the right to independently make changes to the data they entered when registering their account or to contact the Website's support service.

7. Termination of participation

7.1. Program participants have the right to withdraw from the Program at any time by deleting their account or contacting customer support.

7.2. The Organizer may suspend or terminate the Program by notifying all participants no later than 7 days prior to the termination date. In this case, all Program participants will have the opportunity to use their bonuses by purchasing goods on the Website within 7 days from the date of receipt of the notification of termination of the Program.
