How to Use

Before massage, apply a small amount of cream, oil or lotion to the skin so the tool can glide smoothly without pulling the skin.

Use the smooth side for gentle massage and soft gliding movements.

Use the textured side for a more intensive massage of the muscles of the face, neck and body.

Move the massager slowly and gently without applying too much pressure. On the face, glide it from the center outward, paying extra attention to areas where muscle tension is most noticeable.
