Brightening and moisturizing rice water makes up 70% of the product, while ceramides smooth the skin and strengthen the natural protective barrier. The product also contains niacinamide, which is a powerful antioxidant and evens out skin tone. Squalane further enhances hydration and nourishment, as well as boosts the penetration of other active ingredients. The product works well as a standalone moisturizer, for example, for oily facial skin, or as an additional moisturizing step in a multi-step skincare routine, to be applied before a richer cream for maximum hydration. The milk does not leave a sticky effect.
